Our year’s activity schedule is set up during the planning meeting that usually occurs in March. We don’t have many large “group rides,” but there are a number of riding and camping trips that have become traditional. In addition, there are often informal rides following the TCD Sunday breakfasts.
In addition to the BMW TCD activities, we also list and provide info for other events that we think would be of interest to TCD members. If you have an event that you'd like us to list, send the information to the webmaster and we'll get it posted for you.
Annual spring event in downtown Stockbridge, MI. Join lots of riders from all over as they converge on the Stockbridge town square to go on rides or just kick tires. (The fall event All-Clubs Day is the bigger event here, with the bike show, etc. This is the smaller, spring version) See lots of bikes and meet interesting people. 300-400 in attendance. Coffee and donuts from 10:00 am to noon (or when they run out…) at the village square in downtown Stockbridge (trust me, you can’t miss it!).
Hit the trails at the Off Road Course in Maumee Ohio. Eric VanDyke and Craig Renneker will be trip leaders. Meet at the Harvest Moon Cafe (5484 W Michigan Ave, Ypsilanti, MI 48197) at 9 am for breakfast. We can grab something to eat and make the 1-hour ride down to the Maumee State Forrest APV Area (3278-3520 Township Rd 2, Swanton, OH 43558).
The Maumee State Forest is located 15 miles southwest of Toledo, and is one of four state forests in Ohio to offer trails for motorized off-road vehicles. You can get more information about the park here.
