Any of the heated gear is pretty good these days. I have a Powerlet vest with the sleeves and the high collar. My gloves are Powerlet’s also, which plug into the vest. Look at a wireless controller to regulate the vest and gloves separately. (cleaner look, less wires and connectors flopping around).
My only issue is that the heated gloves are warm on the back of the hands, but cold on the front. But I can balance that by turning the heated grips on.
I might get a pair of heated glove liners as that seems like a better approach overall.
