Are you using the Nav V? We have had some luck using the “convert track to route” function in the gps.
The other method is to drag the route and trac to the gps while hooked up in BC. Recalculate the route while hooked up. You may want to use a custom profile to make sure you don’t have avoidances for dirt roads or freeways if the original route uses them. Then move or install additional points to make the route match the trac. Make sure the trac is shown in a color that contrasts with the route so you can see the deviations. This is how I loaded the Washtenaw ADV route into my Montana.
I don’t think changing the shaping point to “don’t alert ” affects the route.
