Here is the GPX file for the 2018 Color Tour. It contains Tracks, routes and Waypoints. Since we boldly ride where City Navigator does not map, I am including a Custom Michigan Garmin map based on OpenStreetMap Data (which is free). I have added all the 2 tracks we are riding on so if you use the GPX and the Map file (.img) you can actually use the ROUTES I have made in the GPX file.

You CANNOT JUST push this GPX to your GPS and use City Navigator and expect these Routes to work. You can use the TRACKS and they will work on ANY GPS (If your GPS supports Tracks)

Here is a link to the Garmin Michigan map image file (104MB):

Copy this to your GPS \Garmin directory.

    Attached is the GPX file

My GPS has a max via count of 49, so I broke up the Routes and Tracks into 2 Friday and 2 Saturday Routes and Tracks.

If you have questions. POST NOW, not the day before the RIDE!

First stupid question:  How do I download the 2018-longest-day-simple.gpx ?

I click on it and get a page full of code.  I have a Garmin 395lm and basecamp but not a lot of experience with it.

Any tips would be appreciated.  Thank you very much!
