The annual BMW TCD awards banquet and dinner dance.
This year's event will be held at the Carpathia Club,

Annual Business & Planning meeting.
The annual BMW TCD business and planning meeting. Business
matters will be held to the minimum time possible to settle
issues, followed by the fun part - planning the TCD events
schedule for the 2009 riding season. Meeting location
is the Northville VFW hall, located in downtown Northville at
438 S. Main St

Bring a dish to pass, setting up around 11:30 AM, with eating
at noon. Business meeting will run from 1-3 PM. No alcohol BYOB

TCD Tech Daze
TCD member Chip Ashton is hosting a TCD Tech Daze at his home. Will kick off
following the TCD breakfast at National Coney Island, and run until about 4 or
5 pm. Bring your tools and parts, learn about your bike, have fun and have a
bite to eat. Chip will have some supplies (motor oil, for example) available -

8th (I think) Annual Williamston Ride.
Depart following Pinckney breakfast at 10 AM on a fine
back roads ride to the palatial rural estate of Ruth Zimmerman
and Jim Creighton just west of Williamston, MI. Maybe some camping
equipment and techniques demo, maybe not - but certainly a fine back
roads ride, campfire, cookout and good company.
Both pavement and dual sport rides will be available. If you want
you can navigate yourself along either route using maps and route
instructions or by using your GPS. Click

Ride leaders will be availble for both routes following breakfast -
bikes gassed and ready to go, and butts on bikes, at 10 AM.

of Stockbridge. Meet at 7:30 AM for a dirt roads ride, or 8 AM for a pavement

east of I-275.

Ride the fine twisties of SE Ohio with your fellow TCD riders.
SE Ohio offers up some of the tastiest twisty back roads riding anywhere,
just a few hours from home. Leave Friday noon/afternoon, spend the day
Saturday riding self-guided or led routes in the Zanesville and Athens area.

BMW Motorcycles of Southeast Michigan is sponsoring a BMW motorcycle
track day at Grattan Raceway, near Belding, MI

on Monday, June 15. Put on by Sportbike Track Time, riding instructors
will be available. If you've never done a track day, consider this one! Track
days are a terrific way to improve your riding skills, and big fun to boot.

Join a number of your fellow TCDers in watching the world's premier road race
motorcycles race at the famous Indianopolis Motor Speedway. Practice and
qualifying Thursday thru Saturday, with the MotoGP race Sunday afternoon.
And while you're there, you can catch the legendary Indy Mile flattrack race
